Welcome to BFF Medical Wellness Clinic. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients and to respect the time of our dedicated providers, we have established the following clinic policies:
Appointment Policy: Time is valuable, both for you and for our team. To maximize your treatment benefits, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Arriving late by more than 10 minutes may necessitate rescheduling your appointment to ensure we can provide the full attention and care you deserve. For specifics on any applicable fees, please refer to our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation / No Show Policy: To accommodate our clients efficiently and respect our providers’ schedules, BFF Medical Wellness Clinic enforces a 48-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy. Cancellations or no-shows within this 48-hour window will incur a fee charged to the credit card on file as follows:
After three instances of no-shows or late cancellations, clients will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. This prepayment is nonrefundable if the policy is violated again, although rescheduling before the 48-hour window allows credit for future services. This policy helps us manage our waitlist and provider schedules effectively, ensuring high-quality service for all our clients.
Refund Policy:
Children Policy: While we adore children, we request that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. This policy ensures the safety of your children and maintains a tranquil environment for all clients.
Pet Policy: We love pets but ask that you leave them at home, except for service animals. Non-service animals brought to appointments will need to be taken home. This ensures comfort and safety for all our patients.
Year of Wellness Membership: Join our Year of Wellness Membership for ongoing care. If canceled before 12 months, treatments received will be prorated to the original cost of $275 per treatment. Neurotoxin treatments will revert to market price at $12-14 per unit if membership is canceled.
Guest/Visitor Policy: We welcome guests but ask that they wait in our visitors’ lounge or lobby if the treatment room cannot accommodate additional persons. This ensures the safety and comfort of all parties during treatments.
