By submitting your contact information through our website forms, in-clinic intake forms, or online booking system, you consent to receive communications from BFF Medical Wellness Clinic. The Program sends text messages that may include: appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, follow-up care communications, membership updates, and promotional offers.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply **STOP** to any message you receive from us. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you have previously opted out and wish to rejoin our SMS program, sign up again through our contact form at bffmedical.com/contact/, reply **START** to any previous message, or call us at 951-824-6121 (Temecula) or 760-854-4222 (San Marcos). We will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

BFF Medical Wellness Clinic complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the Program, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and HIPAA regulations governing protected health information.
